As Design and Construction Manager, spearheaded design, construction and inspection efforts for multi-project/multiple contractor tasks. This 600-acre master planned development encompassed mixed-use parcels, including residential (single and multi-family), commercial, schools, and industrial. Project included mass grading of 6 million CY, nine miles of two- to four-lane roads (including wet/dry utility infrastructure), landscaping, community park structures and traffic mitigation measures, including striping/traffic lights.
